Thank you all for all your support
On a personal note, can I thank Liz for all her help Monday morning when Mum had a fall and her support to me since! Liz you are a star!
I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care and support you provided for my Grandad and also the support you gave to me and my mum. We would have been lost without you! The patience and kindness you showed was overwhelming. Grandad still talks about you all and refers regularly, to the lovely ladies that bring him a dinner. You helped us to keep him safe at home with his dignity intact for as long as possible. We are very lucky that he has settled well in the new home – he is most impressed with the regular breakfast – lunch – dinner – supper – snacks – tea and anything else he can get his hands on. You all do such a remarkable job there – I am in AWE of you, Donna, Lee, Dee, Angela, Maria, Cath, Jim – but to name a few!! (You are all great). I will always be grateful.
I will always be grateful, Jade.
Thank you so much for the beautiful care you gave to Bernard. You all looked after him as if he was your own Dad. If you ever need a reference for new clients give them my name and number, and I will tell them how wonderful you have all been. It meant the world to me to keep Bernard at home, and I could not have done it without you all. And Shelby you are a miracle worker, you got my problems sorted in a flash, care – finance and sleepers in a flurry.
Gratefully yours, Sue.
This note is to thank you all for the care and patience shown to my mother during the years we have received your support. I cannot name everyone, but would like to single out two long term carers who came to my mother. Firstly, Jane Brogan, who always had time for and got used to Mum’s little fables. She became a friend. Secondly, Myra Stewart. She has watched my mother slowly deteriorate over the last few months and weeks and has been so patient in allowing Mum to be as independent as possible, to the last. She has also been a tower of strength to me, giving guidance and moral support. I could not have managed to keep my mother at home, until the last, without this support.
Yours sincerely, Lynn.
